WorkPlace Purchasing is a robust, full-featured eProcurement solution with multiple deployment options for automating a paperless procure-to-pay process. WorkPlace Purchasing software is designed to automate any organisation’s purchasing policies by providing a centralized, web-based interface for all purchasing activities throughout the organisation.

The WorkPlace Purchasing system leverages complete Budget, Contract and Project enforcement to ensure tight cost controls, compliance and reporting analytics. The centralised multi-company and inter-company capabilities of WorkPlace, not available in many ERP solutions, allow purchasing to be consolidated across the entire organisation to eliminate duplicate purchases, and to take advantage of economic order points and volume discounts.

WorkPlace automates the entire procure-to-pay cycle from product selection, requisitioning, approval and ordering to delivery, receipt and financial settlement. The suite includes applications for requisitioning, budget compliance, RFQ, PunchOut via cXML, check request, purchase order generation, receiving, invoice matching, and vendor contract enforcement with workflow underlying the entire process.
